We are committed to developing servant leadership!
Authentic church leadership begins with biblically qualified men (elders) who have a desire to serve others and not their own egos. It is the highest privilege to minister as an under-shepherd of Christ. As a result, our leaders know that they are accountable to Christ for his people. Therefore, with all humility, we strive to love, care for, protect, feed, and serve his church (Eph. 4:11-12). In pursuing this goal we are always on the look out for new potential leaders who we can train up to serve the body of Christ.
